Can I get the jewellery wet?

While our products are tarnish-free, they will last better if they don’t get wet, as the tarnish-free coating will stay on for longer. You can wear them in the shower, but they may wear more quickly.

I am hoping to work on a gold and silver-filled range, which means you can wear them everywhere, so stay tuned for that!

Can I make a custom order?

Yes! If you see something you like and wonder if I can make it, just send me an email or DM with a picture or reference, and i’ll try my best to make it for you! If I do, then it will be named after you.

What to do if something is out of stock?

You can just wait for it to come back or email or DM me and I’ll try to get it in for you!

How long will my order take?

Please allow about a week for me to make your order. I will try to get to it as quickly as possible, and then you will get an email when it has been shipped.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. These can tarnish or damage the metals and stones.

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.

If your jewellery is looking dull, polish with your free cleaning cloth for extra sparkle.

Remove before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that could cause damage. This will allow your jewellery to last longer.

Return policy?

If you change your mind or the product is faulty, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If it is faulty, I will provide the return shipping; otherwise, it is your responsibility to send it back to me. I will process your refund within 2 business days.
